A tidy and modern spot with friendly staff. the room is lovely, a good size, and the bathroom is spotless. Honestly, there's nothing to gripe about here! 👌

Spent here 1 good day and would definitely book again. The hotel had an easy position, near restaurants and shopping...

It was in a marvellous location so close to west Winnipeg which was about 35min more, stores like Walmart and Canadian Tire, and Portage la Prairie. Also, I really enjoyed to be within 4 miles of Portage Golf Club

The hotel was clean and had helpful staff. the location was easy and nice, right by stores and restaurants. Located right off the highway, it was easy to find.

The female staff that I met were very helpful and very friendly. The room was well appointed and clean but the carpet smell was terrible. I asked the front desk staff for a spray and sprayed the carpet with frebreeze- which masked the problem until early morning. Had I known that pets were allowed, I probably would not have stayed at the motel and had I not registered on line with my credit card, I would not have stayed there, either. For one night, the stay was okay.

Greatly pleased with the brand-new and spacious units that come equipped with a separate bedroom! We paid $152 for our stay, and the location was near west Winnipeg, making it only about a 35-minute drive away. 🌟

The fact that we were able to use the common room (as a sports group) was fantastic.

This is our 2nd time at the Portage la Prairie Super 8. The inconsistent temperature of the room and the location near the train tracks drove us crazy both times.

The room featured central heating, pay TV, and a work desk - loved that. the location was convenient with the expressway near the hotel.

Very few places to stay in Portage La Prairie and this was almost the only one available.

This property needs maintenance. Our bathtub and bathroom sink had several places where the porcelain was chipped. There was a tear in the wallpaper. With such poor upkeep, the entire room seemed suspect. I certainly would NOT take a bath at this hotel!
